    What is Tallow:

    Our 100% grass-fed beef tallow comes from pasture-raised cattle. Rich in vitamins A, D, E, & K, plus essential fatty acids, it closely mimics your skin’s oils—making it deeply nourishing & ideal for restoring your skin barrier.

    Why 100% grass-fed / pasture raised matters:

    Pasture-raised cattle fat accumulates fewer toxins (pesticides, heavy metals, antibiotics) than conventional farms. This means our tallow is cleaner, purer, & more beneficial for your skin. We are strong advocates for regenerative agriculture & supporting farmers & ranchers.

    Why Cold-Pressed & Fractionated Oils Matter:

    Cold-pressed oils retain maximum nutrients & antioxidants because they are extracted without heat, preserving their natural vitamins & essential fatty acids. Fractionated oils (like coconut oil) are lighter, fast-absorbing, non-pore-clogging, & nourishing - perfect for skincare.


    Shelf Life & Storage:

    Our preservative-free tallow and oil-based products last 6–12 months when stored cool and dry. Avoid contamination, keep out of sunlight, & store at room temperature or below. If tallow softens, simply chill it to restore firmness.

    Oil Cleansing:

    Oil cleansing is a gentle & effective way to remove impurities, makeup, & excess oil without stripping the skin's natural moisture barrier. It helps balance the skin's oil production, supports hydration, & can improve skin texture, making it a great option for all skin types, including sensitive & acne-prone skin.

    HOW TO OIL CLEANSE:

    1. Massage Citrus Everything Oil or Tallow Cream onto dry skin for 1–2 minutes.
    2. Use a warm, damp cloth to gently wipe away impurities & makeup.
    3. Rinse cloth & repeat if needed.
    4. Pat dry & follow with moisturizer (Citrus Everything Oil il or Tallow Cream).

    Fine Print:

    Our products contain no preservatives or stabilizers. Hot temperatures will melt product & can cause minimal leakage. This is normal & does not cause changes in the products. If any separation occurs, carefully stir product & store in a cool place. If tallow based products are melty upon arrival place in fridge to firm up. All products are handmade in small batches. Changes in packaging, color or texture may vary slightly due to sourcing & seasonal changes. 

    Recycling:

    Please reuse or recycle glass jars & bottles. Pop them in the dishwasher or wash with soap & water.

    Pro-tip: You can use pure lemon essential oil to easily remove labels (on any jar) think natural goo-gone.
